This site describes what we do and lets you send us an enquiry. It sells nothing, takes no payment and creates no contract between us. Nothing on it is an offer, and a quotation only exists once we have surveyed your property and given you one in writing.

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but the descriptions, photographs and timescales on it are there to give you a fair idea of our work rather than a promise about yours. Every property is different, and what we can do at yours is a matter for the survey.

The 15-year guarantee referred to on this site is subject to the terms of the guarantee document issued with the work. Ask us for a copy before you commit to anything.

When you use the enquiry form, please give us details that are accurate and your own. We reply to genuine enquiries about our services; we do not reply to sales approaches sent through it.

Sending an enquiry does not book anything and does not oblige either of us to go further. What we do with the details you send is set out in our privacy notice.

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Long Life Wall Coating Ltd. or are used with permission. You are welcome to read it, print it and share a link to it. Please do not copy it onto another site or use it to represent someone else's work as ours or ours as theirs.
